How do I set up an initial appointment?

Please call 425.672.0414 and leave your name and phone number as well as some times you would be available for a brief phone conversation. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.

I want to start counseling but my partner doesn’t, what do I do?

Most people feel anxious to start counseling. Let’s face it, counseling is not at the top of most peoples “want to do” list.

It may be helpful to agree to come to an initial session together. This will give you both an opportunity to speak to the clinician and see if you think counseling may be a benefit for you. Then you can decide without pressure whether you would like to set up another appointment.

If your partner does not want to try an initial session at this time, then feel free to make an appointment for yourself. I am here to support you and your relationship.

Do you take my insurance?

Insurance coverage can be complicated but I will answer any questions you have about insurance coverage in the initial phone conversation. I do not bill insurance for marital counseling and I am a preferred provider for Premera Blue Cross, First Choice, Regence, Blueshield Bluecross.
